Terms of Service

Legal Binding

These Customer Terms form part of a binding “Contract” between Customer and us. “Customer” is the organisation you represent. When you create an account, invite users, or continue to use the Services after being notified of changes, you acknowledge your understanding of the current Contract and confirm you have authority to act on Customer’s behalf.

Legal Age

To the extent prohibited by applicable law, the Services are not intended for anyone under sixteen. You represent that you are over the legal age. Without limiting the foregoing, you must be of legal working age to use the Services.

Duties and Unacceptable Conduct

Limitation of Liability

If we believe that there is a violation of the User Terms or any other policies that can be remedied by removing certain Customer Data or taking action, we may do so (including disabling your account) if we believe there is a credible risk of harm to us, the Services, Users, or any third parties.

No event will you or we have liability for lost profits or any indirect, incidental, consequential, cover, or punitive damages. Your maximum aggregate liability to us for any breach is one hundred dollars ($100).

Modifications

As our business evolves, we may change these User Terms. If we make a material change, we will provide reasonable notice either by email or through the Services. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability

The User Terms will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. If any provision is held contrary to law, the court will modify it to accomplish the original objectives, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Assignment

You may not assign any rights or delegate obligations under these User Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these User Terms in their entirety to a corporate affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets.

Entire Agreement

The User Terms, including any terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements. In the event of any conflict, these User Terms prevail, followed by any referenced pages (e.g., the Privacy Policy).
